Homes On 30A Announces New Location
Homes On 30A, LLC, a premier boutique real estate sales company, announces the purchase of a new building and will be changing their location sometime in early spring 2014. Randy & Karen Holder, co owners of Homes On 30A are excited about this move and are excited about the real estate market here on 30A for 2014. They are currently located in the 5900 block of East Highway 30A in the Lakewood Town Center. We felt we had outgrown our current space and we wanted to own our own business property. We closed on the purchase of a commercial building in the Blue Mt. Beach area of 30A in November and are currently in the process of having it completely remodeled and re landscaped. This will give us a presence on 30A that will reflect the success we have experienced in our first year of business.
30A Real Estate: Homes On 30A’s New Office: Homes on 30a has short term plans of expanding the business to include approximately 10 full time agents and a full support staff. It is critical to us that all of our agents have the full support, both emotionally and financially, to not only succeed in this business but to excel in this business.
